Volunteers & Employment Happy National Volunteers Week!

I would like to thank all of the Trellis volunteers for their dedication and commitment to enhancing wellness and enriching lives.  I am proud to share that this year, volunteers contributed over 4000 hours to support a variety of our programs.  As a volunteer myself, I see how the contribution of our volunteers directly impacts the individuals and their families that we are providing with service.

Peter Kastner, President Board of Directors

Trellis has earned a reputation as a community leader - we are successful because of the individual contributions made by each of our employees.
Trellis holds a very simple philosophy; enhancing the wellness and enriching the lives of people with developmental or mental health challenges.

The culture at Trellis is truly derived by our values; we recognize that our Relationships are critical, whether with fellow employees, clients, partners, or community.

Employees are Accountable to themselves, their co-workers, their clients, the agency, and the communities in which we live/serve.

Through our acts of personal Leadership we become an example for others and consistently communicate our values.

We live a Person-Centered / Balance in that our focus on empowerment is equally shared with our clients and our co-workers.

Our Can Do attitude lets us achieve more by taking a holistic approach in decision making, and delivering change initiatives.

By continuously learning we make Innovation / Creativity part of our daily work life, and thereby we are able to achieve our strategic goals.
